Individual Therapy
I currently work with clients located in both Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Individual therapy provides you with an opportunity to engage in one-on-one sessions with a therapist, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in depth, and gain insight into how they relate to your lived experiences.
Clients have the flexibility to choose between in person, secure phone, or confidential video (Zoom) sessions for their individual therapy appointments.
Regardless of how you would like to connect, you will discover a space that is curious, non-judgmental and compassionate.
In person therapy Services:
If you are located in the Hamilton and surrounding area I offer in-person therapy services. My office is conveniently located in downtown Hamilton at 86 Homewood Avenue.
Individual Therapy Fee:
$200 per 50 min session -

Relationship Therapy
I offer counselling services for both couples and families. I deeply appreciate the significance of attachment to our lived experience as humans, understanding it as fundamental to our survival.
I believe every person is deserving of relationships characterized by safety, trust, connection and continued growth. Relationship therapy provides an invaluable opportunity to discuss patterns of disconnection or conflict that may arise in your relationship(s). It's a space where you can receive support in fostering open communication and meeting the needs within your relationship dynamics.
In our sessions, I strive to I meet you and your partner(s) or family members with non-judgment and compassion. Together, we will work towards achieving your desired growth and enhancing the quality of your relationships.
I value diversity in relationships and family dynamics. I have experience supporting people within different relationships structures.
Family & Couples Fee:
$225 per 50 min session -

Walk & Talk Therapy: Hamilton Area
Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that takes place outdoors, often in a nature setting. Rather than meeting in an office or on Zoom, I invite you to walk side by side while engaging in conversation. Walk & Talk Therapy combines movement, time in nature, and traditional talk therapy, which can support grounding, emotional regulation, and connection.
